Inspection
The roof surface, flashing, penetrations, gutters and ventilation are checked for wear, damage and anything that needs attention.
Maintenance
Sealant and nail pops are fixed as part of the plan. Valleys and pipe boots get a look too, because that is where small issues start.
Documentation
You get a detailed photo report with maintenance recommendations: a record of the roof and the care it has received.
Savings on repairs
If something needs repair beyond the maintenance in the plan, you get 10% off that work.
You don't have to wait for an old or damaged roof.
The plan is especially useful if your roof already has a few years on it, if it has been through severe weather, or if you simply want a straight answer on how it is holding up. The photo reports also give you documentation of maintenance and condition to keep with your home records.
If a storm has already been through, start with a free roof inspection. Storm damage repairs and claims run through storm restoration, not through the plan.

What the plan covers, what it doesn't, and how it renews.
- How is this different from a one-time roof inspection?
- A one-time inspection is a snapshot of your roof on one day. The plan is ongoing care: two scheduled inspections a year, minor maintenance and photo documentation, so you can track changes over time and deal with smaller issues as they come up.
- Does this plan cover storm damage repairs?
- No. The plan covers inspections and the specified minor maintenance. It does not include larger repairs caused by storms or other significant damage. If more is needed, the crew tells you what they found and what they recommend, and members get 10% off the additional repairs.
- What happens if you find a problem that isn't covered under minor repairs?
- They document it and talk the recommended repair through with you. Work outside the plan can be handled separately, and Pro Protection members get 10% off.
- Is this a contract that auto-renews each year?
- Yes. For your convenience, and to make sure you stay covered, the plan auto-renews each year.
- Is the plan available anywhere in East Texas?
