Who they are looking for
- Roofers
- Tear-off, decking, underlayment, shingle, steel and coatings across Tyler and East Texas, on a crew that cleans the site and checks the finished roof before it leaves.
- Sales associates
- Consultative and no-pressure is the whole job. You teach homeowners and property managers their options, and you never push a product somebody doesn't need.
- Project managers
- The person on the roof with the adjuster and the homeowner, pointing out the damage, running the scope of work and walking the customer through it.
Training happens in-house, and the pay is competitive.
Steele Roofing runs its own training program, with the chance to further your education in the construction industry. The culture is continuous learning, because the products and the installation have to be first class on every roof. Compensation is competitive.
